Myself and several other sysadmins noticed this programmed installed on all of our Windows servers. We didn't put it there and we're the only ones with admin access. The program appears to look at the registry and programs installed. From running it through "strings" on a Linux system, there are routines for XML parsing, HTTP server, encryption routines, and SSL certificates. This thing can only be up to no good. We're going to have to rebuild all of our servers (100+).
