when I try to run it or delete it I get a message that says administrator permission needed to access this file. I followed a video tutorial to add "everyone" to the security properties of the download folder, but at the very last step when I click on 'apply' I get another error message saying I can't make changes to this file. I ran a scan of it with Malwarebytes and it said no issues found. I tried to 'shred' it with Avast, but got an error message saying I could not access the file to 'shred' it. I'm afraid it might be malware, but I don't know what else to try. I could do a 'system restore' but I doubt that it would work. Can you help me?
