Hi,
The process name is "lmreread.exe" when we go to task manager and found the path of source for this Process then it gives "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\FactoryTalk Activation\lmreread.exe"
Its taking CPU Usage at 100% on our server.
Server Detail,
OS : Windows server 2008 R2 Standard
Service Pack : Service pack 1
CPU : Dual 2.40 GHz Intel Xenon (R) E7 - 4870
Memory : 16384 MB RAM.
Application Detail
Rs Linx OEM 2.54 [Expires: N/A] - Only one activation.
Cimplicity Version 8.20
This system is production server so the solution should be reliable and tested.
Is there any reliable way to resolve this issue?
