WMPROC MFC Application is used by a brand of computer monitoring software typically installed on users under probation or parole. The software created a pop-up requesting permissions, with the software manufacturer's name stated as "National Cyber Protection and Tracking Corporation". When I googled that company name there were zero results on it. This happened immediately after the installation of "Pay Computer Monitoring Software" on a client system
