R155386.EXE is something I am currently trying to download of from DELLS website. It's an updated driver for Intel(R) Pro Wireless 2200BG Network Controller. ALWAYS scan an executable (.exe) file for viruses before installing onto your hard drive. And before installing ANYTHING onto your PC, create a restore point to be on the safe side! ; )
