when I am opening Microsoft Office its showing product activation failed but when I am going to solve it My laptop is 64bit there is two files in Drive C as programfiles & programfiles(86) one is for 32bit and another is for 64bit When I am clicking for 64bit and click in program files the OSPPREARM.EXE File not showing there. but its showing in programfiles(x86). how to add or download ospprearm.exe and how to solve it plz sir reply me help me its urgent for me
