-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------By Paula Green 2015-04-25 05:39:37 I don't have a clue what you think you have, but I can tell you what it is to have put out $1,600 for this product, Adv.System Care Pro, 8.2.0! Not only is this garbage, the people that are running it, cannot seem to connect it to my computer, without it deleting itself from the computers. To take one more step further, I have dealt with the Technician flirting, lying, and finally& quit working where he said moved to Indonesia, right in the middle of fixing the problem.....he shut it down, and I never heard from him again. Next thing I knew, I was going with another company (Panda) and as they were finishing their installation because nobody would help me with the program I had purchased from Iobit, I am watching in horror as Iobit (another tech named Mike; not the original Mike Jackson) who proceded to somehow get onto my computer, without my being part of the installation - he was apparently trying to sneak in and he hooked it up!! How the hell you are able to do it, I don't know. It has been about one month and again it deleted itself from my computer. So, I sit here - making calls and trying to reach another tech, and nobody will pick up, nobody returned my call - and I have no coverage - and it was because it did not run the scan as it was programmed to do that I knew it was gone again!!! nobody has tried to remove it, nobody has scanned it -- other than me by clicking on the program and asking it to scan. I want service, and I can tell you that I am furious. I want my money back, or someone who considers themselves a professional. I will indeed be spreading the information all over the internet over this program and the issues I have had with it in less than a year. I am sick of this garbage. So! You decide how you think you should handle it - - but I can guarantee you I will be spreading the news on this and quicker than you can dream. It is going to be known. I warned the last time that I would be speaking to the States Atty., as well as the Federal Agency, to deal with this issue. You won't be the first and I doubt you will be the last! This is theft and it is a felony as it stands. Either someone reaches me and fixes this issue - or I will take it as far as I have to take it. A den of thieves - ALL of them from India!! Which is why Sundeep Dhillon used the name Mike Jackson!! Said he was from Delaware. Didn't know that Delaware was in India!! I thought it was part of the USA!!
You can brag all you want!! But I had the opportunity to see the one product that is known as Malware - and you use it for running/scanning the computer. It is absolutely a scam as well as Malware, or virus, whatever you wish to refer to it. Why would a true program delete itself? Can you answer that? I want someone on this case immediately: 701-751-3991!! And I want a professional that knows what the hell he is doing.
