The place I encounter this 100dscim file is on dvr mini cameras I get from China. After using the cameras the file is not in my Processes.
The above path is the same on the cameras.

Move the videos from the 100DSCIM file to the VIDEOS file it's underneath the PHOTOS file. Your welcome a few years late. hahaha
