I don't think there is anything wong with this. It went with MGI PhotoSuite, a program that often came free when you bought certain printers, scanners etc. It was a fantastic photo editor but MGI sold out to Roxio, and now it is terrible. Unless you have MGI PhotoSute on your computer (highly unlikely since it is at least 15 or more years old), this file would be useless.
